Everything I've had at Volare has been excellent. The restaurant has been around for 25 years, and it shows - seemingly every other diner there is a regular, and the waitstaff (and owner) are very gracious, outgoing, and hospitable. Try the mozzarella di spadini appetizer for a guilty treat - thick, soft mozzarella lightly breaded, with a satisfying crust, drenched in an orange caper sauce. The steaks and stuffed veal chops are just monstrous, and done to perfection. All of their pasta dishes have been amazing as well, with delicate, sophisticated sauces. Wonderful place to take clients, and also can be very romantic, agreed. Highly recommended.
